Cleaning:

After using the mower,clean with a moist cloth.Spray the cylinder and cutting bar with silicon spray lube.

Storage:

General maintenance:

Regularly check to insure that all bolts,nuts,and screws are tight and that the mower is in good working order. Worn out and damaged parts should be replaced.

It is recommend to lubricate the cutting surfaces with a silicon spray lubricant to protect against rust.

The blades,if properly cared for,will mow for years before requiring sharpening. Sharpening can only be done by a professional using a cylinder grinder and proper techniques.

Note: These cutting height measurements are dynamic tather than static measurements. The measurements are made based on use of the mower on a lawn of average density rather than from a flat surface. Both the front and rear wheels tend to float in the turf surface rather than following the raw contour of the ground,giving a smoother and more even cut. The higher the cut,the greater the bulk of the turf and the floating effect. Individual experience will vary slightly based on lawn dentisy.
